Bio - Sub Zero

Quincy Ruffin, Sub-Zero is a police officer, husband and father of three. A long time east bay resident, he loves fishing, making music on his saxophone, hanging out with his family and of course blazing the roads on two wheels. He is the first and so far only competitive police motorcycle rider at the UC Berkeley department. He was a member of the BSMC Sacramento chapter before co-founding the East Bay Chapter as one of the “East Bay Four.” By day, he rides a Suzuki Boulevard C50 (800cc), by night he rides a Harley Davidson Road King Police Model (1690cc).
