Bio - Squirt
Tommy Lee Scott III aka ‘Squirt’
Why Squirt? Squirt is the nickname given to me by my father and family as an infant. In my family I am known as Squirt, when I joined the BSMC in 2008 Squirt was the name that stuck and I’m proud to have my family call me Squirt.
I was born in Sacramento and have lived throughout California, Oregon, and Washington. I played sports through high school, college, and (for a short time) in the professional arena (although sadly not in the ‘big show’).
I have led a blessed life and the blessings of the Father never seem to stop. Even when I’m at my weakest it seems that I’m always lead to a better place than I was before. My favorite scripture is John 10:10 ‘A thief comes but to kill, steal, and destroy. I come that you may have life and have it more abundantly’. Through him we can all achieve more than we can imagine.
I am married to Andrea Scott (aka ‘Munoz’) since November of 2004. We have one child, Tommy Lee Scott IV (nickname pending). He is the apple of my eye, smart, big, loving, gentle, and a wonderful son. We spent four years waiting for a child, we’d have waited a lifetime for this one.
I started riding in 2003 on a 1987 Kawasaki Ninja 900. A gift from my Uncle. I had allot of fun on this bike, although I didn’t get to ride it much. It was a different world riding, I saw new things, and discovered a love for riding. The Ninja was stolen in 2004.
In 2005 I purchased a 1997 Vulcan 900 and while it was cool bike, it was just to small.
For almost 2 years I went without a motorcycle when one night I over reminisced to my wife about riding a bike and how much fun that was, I was told to put up or shut up. The next day I purchased a new Vulcan 2000 Classic. At that time I met Turmoyl from the Sacramento chapter of the BSMC. I was invited to ride, and that first ride sparked a love of the Buffalo Soldiers MC and a love what we do. Participating in the community and spreading the great history of the 9th and 10th Cavalry and riding. I put almost 50K miles on that Vulcan between September of 2008 and December of 2010.
In 2010 my Vulcan 2000, ‘Beasty’, had ran the course and we parted ways. In place ‘Beasty’ now sits ‘The Krakin’, a 2011 Harley Davidson Road Glide Ultra.
My life involves being a father, being a soldier, being an IBMer, and a host of many things that contribute positive things to my life, my familys life, and my community.
Go with God.
